About
What is Sin City?
A living GTA V role-play world — and the department that keeps it standing.
Sin City is a Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) role-play (GTA RP) community and in-game world where players portray civilians, criminals, business owners, and public servants inside a persistent, story-driven Las Vegas–inspired city. The Sin City Police Department (SCPD) is the official law-enforcement agency of that world.
The world
Sin City is a persistent multiplayer role-play server built on Grand Theft Auto V. Players commit to a single character — an officer, a business owner, a civilian, or a criminal — and every interaction unfolds in real time, in character. There are no missions and no scripts, only the daily life of a city where actions carry consequences.
The department
The Sin City Police Department (SCPD) is the sworn law-enforcement agency of the Sin City world. It handles patrol, investigations, traffic enforcement, and community policing under a published penal code, bond schedule, and policy manual. Chief Asher “Diablo” Morale$ commands the department; the roster of active officers is on the Team page.
Leadership of Sin City
The Sin City community itself is led by President Curt J. Banks, with a Vice President and staff team overseeing server operations, factions, and roleplay standards. Learn more on the President’s page.
